If you’ve received a product and are unhappy with it for any reason, you are free to return the item to us up 3 Months (90 Days) after the purchase date in the original, unopened and unused condition it was shipped in.Please note:
- – Personal Care Products must be unused / sealed in their original packaging due to hygienic reasons
- – Products with broken tamper-proof seals cannot be returned
- – Refused or returned shipments are subject to a return shipment fee
- – If a product is defective, it can only be exchanged for the same product in replacement
- – If you change your mind about a product, you will be responsible for all shipping charges
- Return the product using your preferred shipping method. Unless the return is due to an error on our part, we are not responsible for shipping and handling or gift wrap charges.
- Upon receiving the shipment, we will issue the credit and if there are any problems, we will contact you immediately.
- Please include the following information: Order Number, Full Name, Phone Number or Email Address, and Reason for Return.
- Please do not return items COD. We will reject all COD packages.
Defective or Incorrect Products:
If you’ve received a defective or incorrect item in your shipment, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will authorize a return or replacement.
